Ballarat Community Food Insecurity Partnership project

Food security is “the ability of individuals, households and communities to acquire food that is healthy, sustainable, affordable, appropriate and accessible in a socially acceptable means” The History Ballarat Community Health and the City of Ballarat’s Food Security Partnership engaged Monash University 4th year dietetic students who undertook several projects investigating food security in Ballarat. …read more
