Begonia Festival Parade

If you attended the recent Begonia Festival parade, you won’t have missed the bright fleet of United Way Ballarat’s L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program cars.  A group of volunteers including mentors, mentees and other supporters accompanied the cars in the parade to promote the program.
